Our full line of gorgeous ceiling medallions come finished and ready to install on your ceiling. The medallions project 3-4" out from the ceiling, providing depth to the room. They are made from fiberglass, pvc, and other high-impact materials and come ready to install. A centrally located hole in the center allows for your lighting fixture to be perfectly centered. Payment Options:
We acceptable all mayor credit card payment online (Paypal) or over the phone. Cleared funds are required prior to shipping your items. Please allow 5-10 business days for your items to arrival. LOCAL PICK UP IS AVAILABLE.
Damages / Incorrect Items:
PLEASE inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives for damage. If the packaging is obviously damaged you can refuse delivery, and make sure to have the driver note the condition of the package. Most carriers will stop the shipment and notify us if there has been obvious damage during the shipping process but sometimes damaged items get by. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to receive any damaged items, do the following;

2. Take digital photos of the damage and email them to us. Include your order number and a description of the problem areas. Photos are a great way for us to be able to see what kind of damage was suffered and allows us to file a claim to the shipping company.
Prices and Availability Errors on Our Site:
If we make any mistake on prices or stock count, we will call you back to fix it. If the priced or stock count on the item is incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct it at any time. If the priced or item is purchased, we will refund the full amount back to your account.
Confirmation Numbers:
We will call or email you for the confirmation numbers after your items are shipped.
Return Policy:
Customer will return at their own expenses. Also original shipping and crated fees will be deducted from the refund to your account. Products must return in its original package.
